A 3 night break, carefully planned and executed to meet your needs and help you to LEAP towards your goals.

As a personal training company we believe in the impact that one to one training has over group classes, it seemed natural to us to create retreats for just one client at a time.

On a One to One LEAP Retreat you are the only client and therefore your retreat will be all about helping you to achieve your goals, without the distraction or compromise that comes in a group situation.

Time is precious and on a One to One LEAP Retreat every moment is beneficial to you.

I am the trainer to help you transform

After becoming an amputee at 19, getting sober at the age of 25 and recovering from chronic anxiety, I have risen from the ashes to become strong, healthy and happy. I have made my own transformation and I know what it takes.

Aged 27 I had transformed my poor mental and physical health. I became an athlete, competing as a sprinter as part of team GB and winning a number of national fitness modelling competitions.

Since 2013 I have focused on coaching others to transform, with excellent results. I would love to see you in Mallorca and guide you to your own transformation.

The power of retreats

My clients transformations in the UK were the inspiration for LEAP fitness retreats. Whilst they were achieving results in their personal training, some were still experiencing significant barriers to success, such as distractions, home environment and mindset. Taking them from their home environment I was able to make a much bigger impact, particularly with regards to lifestyle, nutrition, understanding of movement and mindset. On their return home their progress accelerated leading to much better long term results.

I create a positive, supportive environment, a stimulating schedule, a wide range of activities and time to relax. We eat delicious, nutritious meals and I can guide you to reach your health and fitness goals, with no distractions. I also equip you with the tools to cultivate a positive mindset that will work for you, not sabotage you.

Your retreat begins at booking

The beauty of a one to one retreat is that we work with you to shape your perfect retreat based on your needs and goals.

Once you have booked your retreat you will receive via email a short questionnaire on your current lifestyle and goals. After returning the questionnaire you will have a telephone chat with Jonas to discuss the questionnaire and he will make some suggestions for additional activities you might like to add to your retreat and actions that you could take prior to arriving in Mallorca.

And it doesn’t end when you leave Mallorca

We are committed to helping you to achieve long lasting results, adjusting your lifestyle simply and steadily to achieve transformation. We will equip you with the tools to keep developing in your home environment as well as a reading list, recipes, and reflection worksheets that you can continue to use at home. Within two weeks or returning home you will receive your follow up phone call with Jonas to discuss any challenges and to update us on your excellent progress.

Can Fressa is a stunning and traditionally Mallorquin stately manor, situated in centre of the beautiful village of Alaró, in the foothills of the UNESCO world heritage site of the Tramuntana Mountains. Alaró’s quaint and beautiful town square is just around the corner from the manor, so during your stay you can immerse yourself in real local village life, wander through the picturesque winding streets and explore the many welcoming cafes as well as the surrounding countryside. The house itself boasts a beautiful pool area with plenty of secluded spots to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Each apartment has it’s own living space and the large shared living areas are welcoming and attractive.

EATING (and drinking!)

  • Our retreat meals and snacks are provided by us, cooked with love and local ingredients wherever possible.
  • The weekly village market on Saturdays provides us with most of our fresh produce, if you are interested you can join the shopping trip
  • Help to prepare meals and snacks to develop your knowledge and cookery skills.
  • We encourage clients to eat as naturally as possible and our meals will be mostly plant based, with plenty of fruit and vegetables.
  • Nutrition workshop and informal discussions on diet and hydration, meal preparation etc
  • One to one nutrition advice (as part of 1 to 1 lifestyle consultation)


  • We welcome guests of all fitness levels and whilst we encourage you to be as active as possible during your stay all activities are optional so that you can work at a pace to suit you.
  • Workshops and discussions on exercise, such as: Finding the right style of exercise for you, Including more NEAT activity into your day, why exercise is as important for you brain as it is for your body
  • Daily, early morning, pre-breakfast movement sessions
  • Daily mixed training sessions, such as – Strength training, endurance sessions, HIIT workouts, core strengthening classes, kettle bell workouts
  • Freedom to explore the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage local area on foot (bike hire can be arranged)
