“IT’S NOT ABOUT PERFECT. IT’S ABOUT EFFORT.
AND WHEN YOU BRING THAT EFFORT EVERY SINGLE DAY, THAT’S WHERE TRANSFORMATION HAPPENS.
THAT’S HOW CHANGE OCCURS.”
I am excited to share with you Seven Solutions for Happier Healthier days
My own experience and my clients’ journeys at LEAP Fitness have inspired me to share tips and ideas for simple actions to help your change 7 areas of life that could really transform your long term health and happiness.
In each post I will share a series of tips to tackle one area of your life that could dramatically improve your health and happiness.
There are many uncertainties in life and we cannot control those around us or the choices of others. But, each day we can choose our own thoughts, actions and reactions. It may seem hard at first but trust me, it gets easier with repetition.
It all starts with mindset and a real desire for change. If you really want to make changes to your lifestyle, health and happiness I hope you will find my blog posts over the coming weeks helpful.
Personally I have made huge improvements in all seven areas that I am going to write about. I have also watched clients make dramatic transformations from the culmination of small daily changes.
I am not a ‘life natural’. I do not sail through life finding everything easy, but I keep trying and I encourage you to do the same.
Some changes for me are now second nature, others I still have to work hard on, but that’s life, it’s always changing and we must change with it.
I hope that you get results, just as I and many others have, using my top tips for each area.
Don’t strive for perfection, just improvement.
I live ‘one day at a time’ as much as I can and this means focusing my mind on today only and what I can do today to live in a way that supports what is important to me in life.
